What kind of water dispenser will suit my need?

Whether be it for residential, commercial or industrial usage. We have a wide range of water dispenser models catered to our customers.

Do I need to manually refill water into any of your products?

Our wide range of water filtration systems and water dispensers does not require any manual top up. It draws the water directly from your water supply and automatically fills up the system. Thus no maintenance is required which makes it hassle free and safe to drink for everyone.

How often do we need to change the filter? Is there any indicator by the machine?

Filter replacement is recommended to be done every 6 to 12 months. This will depend on factors such as raw quality of water and number of pax using the purifier.

The lower the consumption the longer the filters can last. Vice-versa. The higher the consumption the filters will need to be replaced more frequently. Based on that we will remind you regularly for the filter replacement and there will also be service label that shows the filter change date.

Our wide range of water filters are made in South Korea, USA & Japan.

What certifications do you hold for the water filters?

Our water filters are certified from international accredited laboratories such as:

WQA (Water Quality Association).

NSF International (National Sanitation Foundation).

How do I know if my raw water quality isn't good?

There are a few methods to find out. Traditional way will be by using a cloth filter attached to your kitchen tap nozzle. After a few weeks or months, if it turns brown or you notice particles build up in the filter that means it isn’t safe.

Another way would be by the taste of the water. Having a metallic or chemical taste usually means high chlorine or old pipes with rusty parts.

Having a chlorine testing kit or a TDS meter would give you an idea of the water quality.

Do you have filtration systems that can remove rust, particles, chlorine & bacteria?

Yes,

Most of our water purification systems available are equipped with Sediment, Activated carbon, Nano and UF membrane filters that are capable of removing the mentioned impurities.

Do you have filtration systems that can remove Lead, arsenic etc?

For removing hard minerals and heavy metals the best systems capable of that will be the Reverse osmosis water purification systems.

The RO membrane has capillaries as small as 0.0001 microns that reduces even dissolved impurities (salts and heavy metals) and converts hard water to sweet and pure drinking water.

Installation Process

What is required for installing of the water purifier?

It is recommended to install the water purifier within 3 meters near the water point such as under the sink, washing machine tap or a hand wash basin. With that our technicians will be able to drill cabinets and countertop with a small 1cm/10mm diameter hole for the water tubing.

It’ll also be required to have a power point socket within 1 meter of the water purifier.

The best location would be near the water and power supply. Our experienced technicians will advise on the location during installation and provide the best solution.

My counter top material is Quartz or Marble, can you drill it?

Yes, our technicians will be able to drill most types of countertops such as quartz, granite, marble, kompacplus/kompactop, solid surface or wood. We will use a stone grinding drill bit to make a hole on your countertop without causing any cracks.
